Hello everyone and how are you on this wondrous evening? Great I hope. Today is my last day updating everyday. Yes! Yes! Yes! I have accomplished my challenge and it feels good. What shall we talk about today? Hmm what, what what? I seem to be stuck on repetition.
Any who, any who any who....still doing it. I am sorry I seem to be on a bit of a high today. I am not sure why though. Maybe its because I got these really cool bracelets today. Its like leather and something else. Its home made you can tell but its all great.
So maybe we should talk about that feeling you get when you go looking for something and you get exactly what you wanted, down to the colour and all. Or that feeling when you don't get what you want but you find something even better that what you were expecting. Its kind of a similar feeling.
Its great.
Today I went into town and I remembered that I wanted to get copper or bronze earrings. I have been meaning to get some for a while, because I have some long chains that are those colours but I don't really have earrings to go with them. So I've been looking for a nice casual pair for a while. I still haven't found that perfect pair though. The ones I saw were either too dressy or just ugh but as I was about to leave the last place I checked I noticed that they had some really nice bracelets and it was only 7TT dollars (deal!). I pick up two...one for me and one for my friend who's birthday is coming up soon. Then after I bought them my mind goes to my brother who would probably like my purchase and be sad that I didnt buy one for him. So I go back and buy another one, then I thought of my other brother whose birthday had just past. I didnt bother to get him one though, only because he is so picky and I wasn't sure if he'd appreciate or like it.
Maybe if he sees them and wants one, I'll get him one. Oh when I went to cash them it was like 5TT dollars for one which is an even better bargain than I expected. Yay!
Tell me about a time when you got that thing that you didnt expect to get. Tell me about something special that happened to you. I dont care what it is. Lets have a chat.
Words of advice for today: Treat yourself to something special every once and a while, you're definately worth it. It doesnt have to be an expensive thing, it could just be a little something that you want, even if its just a scoop of ice cream.

Those bracelets are really cool. I like the green one a lot, but I can't really say I like it better than the others.
ReplyDeleteI remember once I went to get a pair of sneakers, cause this store was having a sale and my sister was all like "you better not buy the same one I have" and stuff like that. I'd actually really like hers and I'd gone looking for one for me. So I'm browsing the patterns in the shoe and I see this brown, boot style looking one and I think it's awesome. Only problem is I need one to match a black pants, so I look around and aha, I spot the same shoe, in black, with pink stiching and I fall in love. I did not go into that store expecting to see that, but I still have the shoes and wear them all the time. I still love them too and feel that happy feeling, whenever I put them on. It's awesome. The greatest part. They look great with everything and the one I originally wanted turned out to not be my style after all, so I would probably have ended up not wearing it much. I love it when I find unexpected things, that are simple and cute and are just me. It's a happy feeling that never goes away.
