Hello gals and guys, how are you today? Totally awesome I hope....Today I want to talk about exercising. You may groan at the mention of any physical work that requires you to sweat as much as that can, but its all worth it.
We are talking about something that can increase your stamina, muscles, energy level and I havent even mentioned what it does for your figure. I have had my ups and down with exercising and I must say its changed my life.
As lazy as I can be sometimes. I do have my moments and I love exercising. I love what it does to your body and I love how it makes you feel when you work up a good sweat.
Today I took a some time and exercised a bit. I did Zumba and it was really good. I had fun doing it. Its also awesome to take a good long cold shower afterwards. It puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day and I feel pumped as well.
What do you think about exercising? What is your favorite type of exercise to do? I really like dancing, yoga and martial arts among other great ones. I like getting my heart pumping but I also like the slow moves that focus' on flexibility and strength training.
Though I must admit as a woman i dont want my arms to get too muscular...That is just not my thing, but I do like training.
Anyway my word of advice for today: exercising has alot of benefits some that we dont even realize so take the time to find the exercising type that is best for you. It may help build up your resistance against lot of things. So even if you're lazy as hell, its always inportant to take care of your body and being active is just one of the ways you can do that.
